Note:
Each Day Pass includes access to the social event scheduled for the selected day (e.g. the 6 October Day Pass includes the Welcome Reception; the 7 October Day Pass includes the Italian Night).
The Gala Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately.

Accompanying Persons
An accompanying person is defined as a spouse who does not attend the congress sessions.
The fee includes:
• Social Programme access: Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony, National Evening, Gala Dinner
• 1 half day Tour (Shopping tour at a Exclusive Outlet outside the city or Milano Sightseeing tour). Tours will be activated only if the minimum number of participants is reached.
Note: The coffee breaks and lunches on Congress days are only open to Full Congress and Young participants, thus not included in the Accompanying fee. Accompanying persons are requested to make their own arrangements.
The fee excludes:

Group registration is available when at least two participants from the same company (same name and same country) register together.
The first participant pays the full registration fee. Starting from the second participant, a 20% discount is applied to the registration fee valid at the time of registration.
The early registration fee applies only if payment is received by May 29, 2026.
Group registrations cannot be accepted without providing the individual email addresses of all participants. Each participant’s personal email address must be included in order to complete a group registration.
Payments must be made in euros, by credit card or bank transfer (no cash payments are accepted).
All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express).

The payment transfer form should clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s) and of the event “FIATA 2026”.
Registration will be considered confirmed when the payment is received.
For Individual Registrations – Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat – AIM Group International at fiata2026.reg@aimgroup.eu.
Cancellations received on or before July 31, 2026: a 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative costs.
From July 31 to September 1, 2026, refunds will only be granted in cases where the attendee is unable to travel due to a visa denial. In such cases, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded. The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to retain the remaining 50% to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations received from August 1, 2026 onwards: No refunds will be issued.
To request a refund, attendees must submit written proof to the Congress Secretariat at fiata2026.reg@aimgroup.eu.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conclusion of the Conference.
For Individual Registrations – Name Changes
After July 31, 2026, name changes for individual registrations will incur a handling fee of €80.00 (VAT included) per change.
A new online registration must be completed for each replacement before the name change can be processed.
Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges during the Conference activities.
Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60 (VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.
